When you’re tired, your body is going to wake up and change your sleep habits

It can help you keep track of your sleep patterns, which can help with sleep hygiene.
In a recent article in The Lancet, researchers found that when people were sleep deprived, their body was more likely to awaken and wake up if they slept through a sleep episode.
Dr Rebecca Rees, from University of New South Wales, said:”The body’s circadian rhythm is the key to sleep, and it has a lot to do with how the brain is going about it.”
If you’re going through a period of sleep deprivation, your brain has to get a break.
“When you get a period where you’re awake and awake, your circadian rhythm kicks in, and that can cause some changes in the way the body regulates sleep.”
This is the first time we’ve looked at how this could happen and we’re now trying to understand how.
“She said the findings suggest that the body’s natural rhythms could be at risk of triggering alarm-related sleep disorders, such as sleep apneas.”
It could be a lot of people, or maybe a single person,” she said.”
The sleep apneses can be very common in the general population.
“We can’t know if that’s a true association or not, but it is certainly something that is a concern.”
Sleep hygiene can help people to stay well-rested, so you should:Avoid prolonged periods of sleep when you’re fatigued, tired, or exhaustedAvoid using an alarm clock or having a sleep timer to start the dayIf you have an alarm, remove it as soon as possibleAvoid waking up late at nightAvoid wearing a watch with your wrist if you’re wearing a wristwatchAvoid wearing earbuds during the nightAvoid leaving the house if you have to take a breakSleep hygiene is important to everyone, but sleep apnoea sufferers should get their sleep to improve, Dr Rees said.
